A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law in 1999, Alex has built a distinguished career practicing law at both international and boutique firms. He has represented a wide range of clients, from family-owned real estate companies to individual investors and large corporations.
Alex has played a key role in high-profile transactions, including the purchase of luxury multi-family complexes valued at $151 million and $145 million, and the strategic acquisition of triple net leased properties for a retired couple transitioning from multifamily to retail investments. He regularly provides ongoing representation to shopping center landlords across multiple states, including California, Illinois, and Texas, and has successfully navigated complex lease negotiations for mixed-use retail properties and iconic office towers, such as those on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
In addition to his work in acquisitions and leases, Alex has also excelled in other critical transactions, such as preparing legal opinion letters for the refinancing of a $62.1 million commercial real estate portfolio.
